Getting your iPhone, iPod or iPad repaired has never been easier!
- Find the model you own on our repairs and pricing page.
- Select the type of repair you require. You can even book in multiple repairs on the same device or more than one device to be repaired as needed.
- Proceed to the checkout.
- Fill in your details.
- Select your delivery option – Drop off or Mail in.
- If you selected Drop off, select pick up or return by mail.
- Place order and pay via PayPal
- Mail in or drop off your device at our Broadeach address provided.
You can also create an account with us, in the event that you may need repairs in the future.
- Post your device to Suite 340, 15 Albert Avenue, Broadbeach, 4218.
- All repairs are fixed as soon as they arrive and returned via post as selected in your order form.
If you’re on the Gold Coast, you can choose to drop off your phone at our convenient drop off point at the MBE 15 Albert Avenue, Broadbeach.
All you need to do is:
- Select drop off on your order form.
- Drop your device off at the reception desk.
- Get a receipt for your device.
- Wait for us to notify you when your device is ready.
- Pick up your device from the same location using your receipt.
- If you selected return by mail, we will send your device back to you.
Please note that this is purely a drop off location and the company will not be held liable for any losses or damages. They will not be able to answer any questions about the services we provide and if you have any further questions after you have dropped off your device, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
On your order form, you can choose to receive SMS and email updates throughout the repair process, notifying you throughout the repair process from when your device arrives to when it has been repaired and returned.
All our repairs come with a lifetime warranty for ultimate peace of mind.
